On November 13, 2017, Diana Lovejoy was charged with attempted murder. Diana shot his torso, but the heart was spared. Diano learned pistol skills from 12-year Marine veteran Weldon McDavid Jr. He installed her home security. Greg and Jason walked down the gravel road to Avenida Soledade. Greg escaped McDavid’s gunfire because the torso’s heart was protected.
Jason reported the incident to police as Greg was hospitalised. He said the gunfire happened around 11 p.m. as they walked down the street.The cops wanted to know why Greg was shot. The cops determined Greg was in a divorce and child custody issue after additional investigation.
Jason told the police that Greg had received a call from an investigator claiming he had taken some evidence and would give Greg one chance to see it.
Jason said Greg told him about the talk and asked him to join him since he looked anxious. Greg was violent as they checked the evidence. Court evidence showed that McDavid was forced to inform Diana Lovejoy that her husband had abused her son and sexually violated her. This was revealed to have earned him $2000 for saying this in court.
Greg Mulvihill got exclusive custody after the judge overruled them. Diana could only see her child once a week for 10 hours. To pay her ex-husband $120,000 from the Carlsbad house she had to keep, she sold Encinitas.
